During our family vacation at Microtel, we were pleasantly surprised by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff, especially Ms. Betty in the kitchen, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Her friendly demeanor truly made a difference in our stay.Our room exceeded expectations, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploring. The proximity to Chattanooga was ideal, allowing us to easily visit Downtown, Rock City, and Ruby Falls. Exploring the area's activities, like golfing, added a touch of adventure to our trip.Microtel's family-friendly amenities, coupled with the convenient location, made our stay truly enjoyable. While the room lacked some modern conveniences, the inclusive atmosphere and friendly staff more than made up for it. We look forward to returning and exploring more of what the area has to offer.
